♡ Electricity in the Air ♡

Oh yeah. I promised to set up a blog.

For anyone who doesn't know me, I am Madelyn Arabella Halsey, A.K.A Maddie. You can read more about me here and here. But dragging yourself through Sanna's and Snowblind's archives is suicide-inducing. All you need to know is this:

I am a loyal servant of the Convocation. I choose to be a part of Their grace, Their fluidity.

I want in on this war.

Sanna's going to die for what she brought on me.

Oh! And I won't be operating alone.

I think that much information will do for now, until the next post!

Thanks, Lovett, for sending me the locations of all these bases, would be no fun without them. ♡

  1. No problem. Matter of fact, if you check the alley behind your current abode you'll find a few hundred pounds. Didn't feel right not to pay up.

    1. Please take it, just as a formality. If I'm paying you, it cuts down on the red tape around what information I can give you, amongst other things.

Besides, it'd feel wrong to have you dealing with runners like that and not pay you.

    2. Ah! But I only rejected the money.

      I never rejected payment. Payment is not exclusively a monetary thing, you know. :}

    3. Name it. Just figured it'd be easier to give you money to spend as you wanted.

      And Sanna. Care to clarify?

    4. Shit shit shit shit shit.

      SHit.

      SHIT.

Why did I have to forget you were the cleverest, Maddie?

    5. Shut the fuck up Sanna.

Lovett, how nice of you to ask! Here is your debt:

When Sanna's been separated from that ex-miltary scum, I would appreciate help killing her.

But since that's only one little life, I hope you don't mind if I'm cheeky by demanding a bit more. :3 Things like resources to fight this war, contacts in the Archive and so on.

    6. Resources, I can do. Contact with the archive will take a while, but once again, no problem.

Killing Sanna. I don't know. Instead, how about an IOU? Assistance in one personal project, caveat that it doesn't involve hurting my allies (proxies, the archive, certain timberwolves, various others, I'll clarify as and when).

      Is that an acceptable compromise?

    7. I very much appreciate that!

Well, I know. Killing Sanna, yes. Just Sanna. I wasn't even thinking of killing your friends, I promise. Just Sanna. Acceptable compromise. I'll make sure her psycho buddies go after me, rather than you. No need to let this spread to persons uninvolved.

    8. Problem is, I do think of Sanna as a friend. I'm happy to make a deal, but it's a steep price you're asking. Not really because of her contingent of maniacs, it a sentiment thing. Sorry.

Possible alternative is getting you a location. Nothing you couldn't find out with sufficient legwork, but it'll be a timesaver. Applicable to, let's say, five people, to be named at your convenience.

      Also, the IOU.

    9. We would simply be... removing her from her anguish, you see. :3 I mean really, look at her blog. Is that the soul of a girl who wishes to live? I think not.

Besides. You think YOU'RE sentimental about her? She's been MY friend for WAY longer.

It's not a steep price. Asking you to sacrifice your team is a steep price. Taking down warehouse after warehouse, is a steep purchase.

It'll be OK. It's for the better.

    10. Do you mind if I sleep on it? I'm not in a good mindset for negotiations right now. I'll have a response tomorrow at the latest.

    11. DON'T TRUST HER. She doesn't give two shits. She'll just say whatever makes you comply.

Sorry, but sending her after bases was a fucking horrible idea.

    1. Hello!!!!!!!!!!!!

So there are two of you????

    2. Well...you can say that. Ever heard about personality disorders? I have that, and Veigar's the personality I 'developed'. He's a super high ranking proxy. I'm just the guy that gets kidnaped.

      A lot.

  3. Having read over this in the cold light of sobriety, I have to say I'm a wee bit disappointed. I offered you an alliance, and I feel like you tried to abuse that. I'm not angry, just. Disappointed.

So, counteroffer. You will not attack proxies or allies of proxies. In return I will continue to send you the locations of runner bases, and provide you with what resources I deem fit. You will also be safe from proxy attacks and have access to the archive through me.

    That acceptable?

    1. No deal. I want more control over the resources I get, and I want direct access, and I want more control over the people I attack. But I will not attack proxies.

Can you not appreciate the danger I put myself in to take down these bases? This is an alliance, not servitude.

    2. Not sure I can swing direct access to proxy sources, but how'd access to a mundane smuggler I know suit you? Should be able to get most anything you need, for a price, and I can provide more esoteric tools.

Direct access to the archive, fine. You should recieve an email sometime this week. Be warned that the person you'll be corresponding with is a friend of mine, so anything untowards will be dlagged up.

Of course I appreciate the danger, but you're an untested asset. We can't afford to trust everyone who takes out a couple of runner bases unconditionally, as you presumably understand.

Control over the people you attack isn't an issue. You are, of course, free to pursue personal projects, and we'll provide a list of runner bases. If you're targetting individuals in England, you'll have some access to our intelligence network.

You'll effectively have the accesses of a medium level proxy. When we're sure you're trustworthy that will, of course, be reevaluated.

    3. Just access to the Archive, and help with the people I wanted to kill. I've gone over it in a new post.
